These terms govern the informational site only. They do not create a paid credit-repair agreement, loan application or funding contract.
Educational use
The public pages provide general educational and preparation information. They are not legal advice, a lending decision, a promise of a credit result or a substitute for reviewing actual records and provider terms.
No service or funding enrollment
A Position Scan or AI Specialist follow-up request is an inquiry. It does not enroll a visitor in paid services, authorize a dispute, submit an application to a lender, create an attorney-client relationship or authorize payment.
Published prices
The Services page lists Basic Credit Repair at $2,000, Premier Credit Repair and Credit Structuring at $2,500, and separate business funding support at 10% of gross funds actually disbursed after accepted funding. The final signed agreement controls scope, lawful payment timing and any applicable state terms.
Acceptable use
Do not submit information known to be false. Do not use identity-theft processes for accounts you know belong to you. Do not submit another person’s private information without lawful authority.
Third-party funding decisions
Any provider controls its own eligibility, underwriting, approval, amount, rate, fees, collateral, repayment and timing. Visitors must review the provider’s complete written terms before accepting an offer.
Final business terms pending
Provider relationships, compensation details, payment timing, cancellation rights, state notices, refunds, dispute process and governing law require approval in the final written agreement.
