Draft privacy notice
Collect less. Explain why. Restrict access.
This working notice describes the current Position Scan and AI Specialist follow-up. It must be replaced or approved against the final entity, systems, states and vendors before paid enrollment is activated.
Information collected
The Position Scan may collect name, email, phone, state, preferred contact method, stated credit or funding goal, service category, limited business or report context and separate consent choices. The AI Specialist may collect a first name, email address, stated priority, one short detail and follow-up consent. The newsletter form collects an optional first name, email address, topic preferences, attribution fields and a separate marketing-consent receipt.
Information not requested
The public form does not request Social Security numbers, full account numbers, report passwords, bank logins, government-ID images or full credit-report uploads.
First-party measurement
The site records a non-sensitive session identifier, page views, meaningful engagement, qualifying calls to action, first-touch UTM campaign values, referring page and landing path. These records support the NDR command center. The public event endpoint does not intentionally store raw IP addresses, full AI questions, credit-report data or account credentials.
Purpose
Information is used to create an intake receipt, understand the stated credit or capital goal, measure first-party campaign paths, prepare requested newsletter delivery and support a human follow-up when separately authorized. AI questions are answered from approved site content. Intake information is not transmitted to a lender through these public forms.
Access and retention
Lead, consent, attribution and operating records are stored in the site’s persistent database and restricted to authorized operators. Final retention periods, deletion process, service-provider list, privacy contact and production security review remain pending and must be approved before sensitive-document intake or paid enrollment is activated.
